As Subsea Global Solutions celebrates 80 years of maritime excellence, we honor the companies whose legacies became part of our global story. Among them is All-Sea Underwater Solutions, a pioneering force in the commercial diving industry whose reputation for technical skill and innovation spanned decades.

All-Sea’s growth reflected both vision and entrepreneurial drive. All-Sea Enterprises was established in Vancouver in the late 1970s by Vincent Cummings, who held ownership across multiple locations. Over time, the company expanded to include All-Sea Great Lakes, All-Sea Atlantic (Saint John / Halifax), and All-Sea Korea (founded in 2010).

All-Sea Atlantic began in 1984, when Kent Grass and Mike Hutton founded Cores Dive, a construction-focused diving company. As the business evolved into ship services, it was merged into All-Sea. When All-Sea Underwater Solutions became a part of Subsea Global Solutions in 2017, Kent remained as General Manager for Saint John / Halifax, while Mike transitioned into business development and later became Global Fleet Director for Subsea Global Solutions in Halifax.

Founded in Canada, All-Sea built its name on delivering safe, precise, and reliable underwater services to the maritime and oil & gas sectors. From complex inspections and repairs to large-scale maintenance projects, All-Sea’s teams were known for taking on difficult jobs and getting them done right. Their work supported some of the world’s most demanding industries, ensuring vessels and offshore assets remained safe and operational.

When All-Sea Underwater Solutions joined Subsea Global Solutions, it carried forward a deep well of experience, a team of highly skilled divers, and a reputation for excellence that strengthened our global operations. Today, the spirit of All-Sea lives on in our ability to deliver niche cleaning, inspection, and repair services with the same commitment to quality and innovation.

As we reflect on 80 years of history, we proudly recognize All-Sea Underwater Solutions’ role in shaping the subsea industry and contributing to the legacy of Subsea Global Solutions.
