Based in Singapore, Shieddah Salleh brings over 15 years of experience in global sales management, account development, and customer engagement across the maritime and industrial sectors. As Sales Manager for the Asia Pacific region, she plays a key role in expanding Subsea Global Solutions’ footprint, cultivating client relationships, and delivering tailored service solutions aligned with regional needs.
Before joining Subsea Global Solutions, Shieddah led high-performing sales teams in both Singapore and Greece as Sales Manager for Big M Marine, where she managed a global portfolio spanning China, Cyprus, India, Australia, the UK, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Her leadership was instrumental in expanding market share, implementing customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and driving strategic initiatives that consistently exceeded sales targets. Her previous roles have also included client-facing leadership positions at Servcorp and Steel Storage, where she honed her expertise in sales, customer service, project coordination, and operations.
Known for her drive, adaptability, and people-first approach, Shieddah is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients and teammates alike. She thrives in high-pressure environments, excels at aligning client needs with innovative service solutions, and has a proven track record of generating new business while maintaining long-term partnerships.
Shieddah holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Management from Northumbria University and a Diploma in Sales and Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore.
