Priscila Francisco is the Head of Human Resources at Subsea Global Solutions, based in the company’s Miami corporate office. She brings more than 15 years of experience as a strategic, data-driven HR leader, specializing in aligning people strategy with business performance across high-growth and operationally complex organizations.

Prior to joining Subsea Global Solutions, Priscila served as Vice President of Human Resources & Training at Alivi Health, where she played a key role in scaling the organization from 40 to over 500 employees. She has a proven track record of driving workforce optimization, improving employee engagement and retention, and leading HR transformations that enhance organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Priscila’s expertise spans talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, and HR systems optimization. She is recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening governance and compliance frameworks, and fostering cultures rooted in accountability and performance.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management and is a certified HR professional (PHR). Priscila is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings a global perspective shaped by her experience supporting multi-country operations.
