Paul Peters began his career in commercial diving as a summer intern in 1986 in Miami, Florida. A native of Minnesota, he returned to the Midwest to complete his BA degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls, where he also played four years of basketball.

Over the span of more than 30 years, Paul has held nearly every role within Subsea Global Solutions—including diving, operations, finance, and various management positions. He was a key part of the merger strategy that unified the company and was appointed CEO in 2013. Today, he serves as Chief Operating Officer for the Americas, where he continues to drive operational excellence and strengthen customer partnerships across the region.

Outside of work, Paul is an avid sports fan who follows all the local South Florida teams and enjoys escaping to the North Carolina mountains for peace and quiet.
