Luciano Bianchi is the Chief Financial Officer of Subsea Global Solutions, based in the company’s Miami corporate office. With more than 25 years of international leadership experience, he brings deep expertise in financial strategy, operations, and performance management across the biotechnology, logistics, transportation, and hospitality sectors.  

Luciano has held senior executive roles with leading global organizations including Baxter, Henkel, DHL, and Hertz, where he successfully led finance transformations that improved cash flow, strengthened EBITDA, and optimized portfolio profitability. His expertise spans enterprise financial strategy, capital allocation, mergers & acquisitions, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), performance management, risk management, executive reporting, and business turnaround and transformation leadership.

Throughout his career, Luciano has been recognized for building and leading high-performing teams, strengthening governance and controls, and driving operational excellence in complex, global environments.  

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Executive MBA from Business School São Paulo (BSP).
