Arinjit Roy serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Subsea Global Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of global leadership experience across operations, commercial growth, business transformation, and strategic execution.

Throughout his career, Arinjit has led large, multi-region organizations, delivered sustained business growth, improved operational performance, and advanced digital and AI-driven initiatives. Prior to joining Subsea Global Solutions, he served as Senior Vice President of Western Operations at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), where he oversaw a substantial business spanning North America, South America, and Europe.

At Subsea Global Solutions, Arinjit leads strategic initiatives focused on business performance, revenue growth, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and the advancement of AI and technology initiatives. He works across the company’s global organization to translate strategic priorities into measurable business results and support the company’s continued growth and transformation.

Based in Houston, Arinjit works closely with SGS leadership and teams across the company’s global network to strengthen operational performance, identify new opportunities, and drive long-term strategic growth.
